Ive read room, number 18 on your list. It was pretty good, though not something I recommend you go out and buy. The second half was a let down compared to the first half.
ReplyDeleteI have read the Jodi picoult book you have on your list, but ive read others and they're all amazing.
I tried reading extremely loud and incredibly close but I couldn't get very far in it at all.
Thanks for your input. This year of reading is going to be pretty great!
DeleteOops I meant to say I have not read that picoult book! Silly kindle!
ReplyDeleteOk, you MUST read The Hunger Games Trilogy!!!! Best I've read in a long time! I read all three books in two days!!!! I couldn't stop!
ReplyDeleteYou also must read Heaven is for Real! Soooo good!!!!
I've read Bossypants by Tina Fey and it was pretty good. It's funny but I thought it was a lot about "the business" which didn't always interest me. But it's a good read if you want something light.
I'm reading Mindy Kaling's book right now. It's also a funny one and I love her sense of humor. I'm just about halfway through with it.
Same Kind of Different as Me is our next Book Club's book so I'll be reading that in the next couple weeks.
Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close is on my wish list. I read a blog post the other day that said it was the best book she's EVER read so I must read it now, lol.
That's my two cents! :)
Wow, Jamie! You have helped me confirm a lot of my choices. You'll have to let me know how Same Kind of Different as Me and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close are as well! Thank you!
